At Arukah Wellness, care is rooted in both clinical expertise and holistic presence. Arukah Therapeutic Bodywork and Arukah Physical Therapy work together to support pain relief, recovery, nervous system regulation, and long-term wellness. With training in physical therapy, trauma-informed care, therapeutic bodywork, and injury prevention, each session is personalized to meet the body where it is and support meaningful, sustainable healing.​

We will also collaborate with other healthcare and wellness practitioners to provide whole-person care as needed.
Arukah Therapeutic Bodywork
Arukah Therapeutic Bodywork is a fully integrated approach that weaves trauma-informed care, therapeutic techniques, and restorative touch into one intuitive session.
Rather than choosing a specific massage style, each session is guided by your body’s needs in the moment — supporting regulation, relief, and deeper healing over time.
This approach allows space for the nervous system to settle, the body to unwind, and patterns of holding to gently shift, without forcing change.

Sessions are offered in 60, 90, and 120 minutes to allow adequate time for assessment, hands-on work, and integration. With Discovery Session to get clients headed in the right direction. With optional series as well.
Physical Therapy Treatment

Physical therapy appointments can include: exercise instruction and progression, manual and passive stretching programs to increase mobility and endurance, soft tissue mobilization and deep trigger point release to improve tissue healing and pliability; all per plan of care.

Patient needs to have a recent evaluation from a participating PT before seeing .
